How it works

You give us information to process the first payroll and thereafter you tell us of any changes when they occur, such as new or leaving employees, changes to their pay, new deductions, changes in payment instructions and so on.  This is done through your login page on our website.

We then process that information and calculate the net pay to your staff and the deductions to the applicable payees (tax authorities, building societies, insurance companies etc.).  At this point we inform you of the amount of the gross pay that needs to be covered by your payment and when we receive this we disburse the funds to the employees and other payees.

We also prepare all of the registers and returns required by your accounting staff and the authorities, and send this to you after every payroll in the format you wish.
